Delivery AreasWe can deliver to any mainland New Zealand postal delivery address. Please note that we can only deliver small items to PO boxes. If you order large items such as trampolines, basketball stands, you will need to provide a physical address.

Shipping items from overseas warehouses also take a longer time than shipping from our local warehouses. The estimated shipping time is 15-25 business days. This time frame generally depends on many factors including custom inspection, courier companies selection, etc. Failed to receive after 40 days of purchase date or not satisfied with the product. Auckland Warehouse Shipping Details
Shipping rates start from $10 for the Auckland metro area, up to $30 to south island for limited size product. Depends on the actual weight and size of the product you order, the most cost-effective shipping rates will be calculated at the time of purchase. Exclusions for over-sized items.

Returns & Refund
1. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us. We will resolve your case as quickly as we can. You can either return for a refund or exchange with another alternative item.
2. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible.
Note: Buyer shall pay the shipping for warranty services.
